Terms of Service

Pileris is a founder operating system: it turns your startup idea into an execution plan with phases, tasks, forecasts, and decisions, and helps you stay on pace to launch. These terms are an agreement between you and Pileris governing your use of the service at pileris.com and app.pileris.com.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You sign in through Google, GitHub, or Apple. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

New accounts start with a free 10-day trial — no credit card required. When the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• The lifetime plan is a one-time payment for ongoing access to the product for as long as we operate it, limited to the advertised number of spots.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; existing subscriptions are notified before any change takes effect.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your ideas, roadmaps, tasks, notes, check-ins, and decisions are yours. You retain all rights to the content you put into Pileris.

You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: to store your content, process it (including sending relevant parts to our AI provider to generate your plan and evaluations), and display it back to you. We don't use your content for advertising and we don't permit our AI providers to train on it.

Pileris generates plans, estimates, forecasts, and suggestions using AI. These are planning aids, not professional advice — they can be wrong, and estimates are exactly that. You're responsible for the decisions you make and for what you build and launch. Nothing Pileris produces is legal, financial, or investment advice.

Don't misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the service to plan unlawful activity.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the AI features (for example, automated bulk generation).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We work hard to keep Pileris fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give lifetime and subscription customers reasonable advance notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pileris will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Pileris and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (your content ownership, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pileris is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We'll update this section with the specific jurisdiction as part of finalizing these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
